I just got my killer hawaiian dragon eel about 2 weeks ago. lol. I just hand fed him. he actually came partially out of the tank to grab the shrimp. Wtf !!!Extremely cool eel. If I let him, he probably would eat my whole friggin hand off. lol. This eel is soooooooooooo aggressive. He is always in attack mode. I wanna put some more predators in with him but I really do not think its possible. This guy is more aggressive than a damn pitbull with its balls on fire
. If anyone has one these, any tips would be so greatly appreciated. Thanx

How big is your tank? How much liverock and what type filtration do you have? How often are you feeding and what? All of this info can help you go further with the process of stocking oh yeah also how long has the tank been running?

Hmm, pics would help.

Okay...they really wouldn't, but we all love to see HDME's, and can't ever pass up the opportunity for a new pic. ***)

While you see your eel's behavior as extremely aggressive, i would consider it common among most eels and many are kept with a variety of large predators. How often are you feeding it? this may affect his behavior also. Is this your first eel?
And as everyone else said, PICS!!!!!!! :joy:
