Hawkfish

We are still in the planning stages of setting up our aquarium and are trying to get as much info as possible.
Can you keep hawkfish with shrimp such as the coral banded and blood shrimp? I have heard mixed reports of the fish leaving them alone to eating them all. Is this just a personality thing of the particular fish?
Had a few other questions as well. We saw a tang that looked exactly like a Kole Tang but with a blue ring around its eye. Are these the same species or a different variety?
Last one. Any info on Blue Spotted Angels?

our long-nosed hawkfish picked on our cleaner shrimp for about a week, but now he seems to leave him alone.

I have a spotted hawkfish and im positive he would destroy any shrimp with the exception of a mantis shrimp. If you want any kind of shrimp or hermit crabs I would not recommend getting a hawkfish. The longnose hawkfish do have smaller mouthes therefore they get into less trouble but there is still a risk.
