Head Lateral Line Erosion

I was wondering if anyone has completely cured a tang from this problem. Can the fish come out of it without a scar, and look perfectly fine again? I know is comes from poor water quality, lack of variety in diet, and also voltage in the water.

If the HLLE was not severe or scaring, then it is quiet possible that the fish could recoup wo any notable visible scars. Even fish that are severely effected and scarred by this disease can make near-scareless recoveries.
so, the bottom line is that even if a fish has significant HLLE, that does not necessarily mean that they will suffer permanent disfigurement.
