Heading to LA, SPS for sale?

Hello,
I'm heading to LA this weekend and wondering if anybody knows where I can get some good sps colonies or frags for reasonable prices. I heard stuff is alot cheaper in LA compared to Northern CA because their are distributers in the area. Is that true? Any advice or suggestion would be very helpful.
