Heart attack?

Well I brought my purple tang out of the hospital tank and my coral beauty out of the QT. introduced both into the main tank and the purple tang was fine- cleaner shrimp gave him a workover lol. But the coral beauty sunk to the bottom and passed away?!? I remember having the same experience in freshwater with archer fish and the LFS then said heart attacks. I'm sure it wasn't a water quality as parameters are excellent and all else is thriving. It wasn't a acclimation error as I floated for about 30 min and did the 4 min shot/double water lvl 2 times. My best guess is a heart attack. Anyone else experience anything like this?

Maybee you should stop feeding them double Whoppers with cheese and king size fries....

I had this happen to my flame angel but he layed on the bottom for about ten minutes and then he was fine. Don't know what it was.
