heat wave ills?

Hello,
I'm new around here but was wondering if anyone could help me out with some problems I'm having from heat wave that just hit. My tank is an established reef tank with some soft corals and reef fish etc. Its 75 gallons and has a sump with a refugium and skimmer, and lights are 46" VHO x2. (one white one actinic)
I know this is really bad, but my tank was at @ 89 degrees for a few days. There was no AC in town and I got caught totally off guard. I now have AC and I can maintain the temp alright.
However, I have a pair of clowns that host in a frogspawn. The frogspawn is hurting bad... 1/3 stalks is 25% open and the other two are starting to show skeleton. Is there anything I can do to help it back? Water parametters are are the same as they have always been except the recent temp spike.
I also have what I think is constipated green chromis. I've been giving the little piggies mysis the past couple days (instead of brine). The one chromis has a very swollen belly and is not very active, just stays still and kinda "pants like a dog". Anything I can do for this guy? Or does he just need to pass it through. He's been in my tank since day one and I really like the guy.

The heat can be taken care of in a few ways easiest being a fan or two pointed at the tank/sump.
there other ways to lower the temp, but they are to fast and the quick temp change can kill your fish and inverts.
Go with the fan it works. Good luck

What are your specific water parameters?
Brine shrimp is not a really good food choice overall. But after such a big temp spike, it is likely the water parameters may suffer. So feeding very small quantities is critical until it is clear if the tank is stabilized.

specifics? well IDK, I have trace amonia, trace nitrates, PH @ 8.1 in morning, @76 degrees, sg 1.025, only thing that seems a bit low is my ALK. I have some mix that does the trick for that so that will be fine shortly.
I guess I would like to know is, now that the temp has stabalized, should my frospawn recover? or will it still show effects from the heat wave that was over 4-days ago.

If its all stays stable it should recover, keep up with the water changes and leave it alone. Feed it if you can ,but disturbing it will slow its recovery so try not move it. Post a pic it helps.
