Heater is broken

I think my heater is broken, I have it turned up as high as it can go and I can only seem to get the temp up to 77 during the day at night it drops to 74. I bought it 4 years ago when I started my tank and I can remember the name and coralline has covers any info on it.
Any recommendations on a good quality heater for a 46g tank??
(Also I want it to look good as I don't have a sump and it will be in display)

Titanium heaters are what I use now. I had a glass heater break a while ago and killed my powder blue tang. The seal on the heater when bad and water got on the inside of the heater. I had a ground probe on the tank but I didn't catch it in time. So I switched to titanium.

Titanium heaters are great. A heater hooked up to a separate controller is priceless.
