Heater question

Hi guys.....Since I am new not only here but to the hobby I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Mike and I just ordered my first saltwater tank. I bought a Biocube 29 gallon. I am planning on making it a Fowlr to get things kicked off. I purchased an extra powerhead today and also a heater. My question is where to put the heater? I plan on having live rock in the tank. Should I put the heater where the bioballs would go? Or keep the bioballs and put the heater in another chamber? If so what chamber? Thanks for any and all help you can offer.
Thanks,
Mike

I don’t think I would follow all the info in this thread, but refugiums are good…
Put the heater where it will not be touched by anything
