heater wattage for cold basement

I mix up my new saltwater in my basement where it stays pretty cool (~60*f). I just got a 30g rubbermaid and I need to warm the water up before I add it to my tanks. What wattage would you recommend? I need to get the water up to about 80*f. Would 100w be enough to combat the cool basement air?

Well, before I bought the 30g tub, I had a 50w heater in a 10g bucket that ran constantly and only got the temp up to about 74*. I think the water lost heat to the air too quickly. This time I have a lid for the 30g tub, so that should help some.
