Just want to know what type of heater I should get... would like one that is submersible and protected from getting broke... Any suggestions????

and it's been a good heater. I usually get 5-6 years out of them. But always keep an extra one just in case.

I don't use a heater either. Read too many horror stories of leaving on vacation and coming home to a tank of cooked fish

WON Pro Heat, with outside thermostat, all titanium, won't break. Best heater I have ever owned.
