heavy breathing

i have had this tank for 1 month.all the fish are breathing fast
as though there is not enough 02 in the water the water tests
fine.no growth on the fish,all eating fine,2 fulval 404 filters,
seaclone 150 skimmer,54 gal tank salt at 1.018 copper safe in the water 6 small fish,temp 84f . any help woud be great.

ammo 0ppm,nitrite 0ppm,nitrate 10,ph 8.4,copper safe for an out
brake of ich,sal. at 1.018 cause thats what the guy i got the fish
from told me to keep parasites down. all this i was told to do from the "experts" the is two 1/2"green chromes,1 lion 2",hi hat,1.5"
flame hawk 1.5",lawnmower blenny 2".i have live rock and sand.
no corals.after the trouble i have had with this tank and the local
"experts"i'm ready to make a planter out of this tank.the amount
of fish that i have killed is just sad!!!

Doesn't a higher temp deplete oxegyn?
Is 84F high?
