HEEEEELLPP my fish have ich!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi:
So first thing first, describe the white dots, where are they, what do they look like.
Second, please do a search here. Please use the search command in the header, pay particular attention to the use of hyposalinity for treatment of ich. But first we have to make sure your fish have ich. Lastly, can you describe your tanksetup in detail and how long thee fish have been in the tank, what else is in this tank (corals, inverts, etc), and do you have a quaretine tank setup?

no i have no QT and my fish have only been in 2days and the white spots on the back of one of them and they are like pearl white well not quite pearl but....and they're blue damsels and they have like little faded spots on the front of there bodies and i don't really think it's ICH but some one on here siad it looked like white spots so i just don't want my fish to die and it's a freshly done tank and i'm almost done cycleing it but i need the nitrates to drop some then it's done and it used to be my uncle's tank for 4 years til last year around this time they either died of something or he sold em i'm not shur wich (i need to call him) and my setup is 3 air stones placed evenly through the entire tank for perfect air and the normal filter system with the pre sponge filter then down to the activated carbon pad then over the trickle tray then over the bio balls then trough 1 more activated carbon pad then to the pump then from the pump to the tank and that's my setup
BUT there is one thing that is concerning me there're these things in the back of the tank and they're white and squiggly and i have no idea what they are but they don't move at all and there are worms in the LR and lots of plants growing from the LR and some alge on the back of the tank
So what do you think is happening? am i just being paranoid about all this?
PLEASE HELP AND GIVE ME ANY INPUT
