Hey guys....I have been visiting this site for well over two months, and have received several bits of useful information! This is by far the best site on how to keep a saltwater tank. I have had my current tank for 6 weeks now and just wanted to share some pics with you guys. All in all, I have a 75g saltwater, 29g saltwater, and 29g freshwater....and then a 10g freshwater at work. Eventually the freshwater tank will be phased out to serve as a sump for the 75g.
I had a pretty good bloom of bubble algae, and I got some emeralds to take care of that...now everything seems to be doing fine....pH at 8.4 and everything else 0....we're doing pretty good...
I have two clowns, a damsel, four turbo snails, two emerald crabs, and several hermits....I was able to look at my LFS's "top secret" order for tomorrow, and it looks like I will be adding a copperband and watchman goby to my list tomorrow....
I also have one mushroom I got for free, and a candy cane coral I added a few days ago....Those tentacles are pretty cool to watch after lights out!
Anyways....thanks to all of you for all the help you didn't know you provided while I was setting everything up...
