My sump last nite stop working its making a loud noise that it wasnt making and no water is being pumped. The people i bought it from said they would refund me but the product has a 2 year warranty. ANYBODY know how to get a hold of Deep Blue Products. Its a deep blue triton 3 pump. thanks

so i just plugged it in this am and it works man that was scary ill never unplugg it again. i cleand the magnet propellar inside. must have had junk in it. ill still take any contact info on deep blue

Another consideration is that some pumps (often certain brands) have a bad habit of not restarting after a power failure, so you'll want to keep an eye on this.
