Help, 29gal w/ Protein Skimmer

i just bought the octopus bh 100ss protein skimmer and put it in my tank about 2 days ago. and its producing aton of mirco bubbles in my small tank. will it break in and stop producing them>

I had a 100F on my 29 and it worked out well. Give it a few days to "slime up" and the micro bubbles should go away.
