Here's the skinny
Last week I switched filter system from canister to wet/dry. I lost 2 fish and still have 2 remaining (damsel and perc. clown). I have a 44 gallon tank.
I must have broken the nitrogen cycle. Although I do have 25 or so of live rock. And I haven't done a water change. My tank is about 2 years+ old.
QUESTION: If I have green algea growing on the glass along with some minimum brown algea does this mean I have an active nitrogen cycle.
READINGS:
Ammonia - BTW 0-0.25
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 2.5 ppm
PH 8.4
Salinity 1.023
Calcium 450
HELP please
