HELP - Anemone sucked into PH

I came home and my tank was cloudy and didn't know why. I looked at one of my powerheads in the back and sure enough my RBTA was destroyed.
What should I be looking out for??? Thanks

watch your ammonia--you're going to get some from this. also, do not put your hands in there without gloves on.

testing for it now....too late on the hands but I will use gloves from now on.

Do you have a hospital tank you can put your fish in?

Not up and running....lesson learned. I checked the ammonia and it is raised slightly to about .25. I added a filter bag of carbon in the sump and hooked up my hang on filter.
Any other advice?
I also started to make more water. I just finished my batch on Tuesday.
