Help Asap Green Fuzzy

Hurry i need an answer asap...............I have a green fuzzy acro and its been fine for a month now but its starting to lost the "outer coating" but no bleaching as of now
lighting is t-5
38 gallon
VERY HIGH UP

alk is a bit low. i would change its placement and flow, and see how it does. sometimes corals, especially sps will just recide and die for no reason.

Alk is the only thing that I see as a bit off, others are right good.
