Help ASAP what's on my clownfish?!?!

My maroon clown which I've had for about a month and has been doing fine has suddenly come up with a couple bumps on his side after this last water change. One of these bumps has opened up and has like a tannish squiggly mass slightly protruding from it. He's swimming fine and eats well and doesn't seem to have any other problems. What is this and how do I treat it to get rid of it?

That sounds like a fungas..
There is a treatment for that in the disease forum on this board..
