Wow they're so amazing!
So yesterday I fed my nano residents a mixture of cyclops, "reef plankton", and mysis shrimp.
After a few minutes I went back to the tank to view it and noticed the bristleworms peeking out of their holes. I saw one that was coming pretty far out of a hole and it seemed to be searching for something....
There was a WHOLE mysis shrimp sitting on the rock getting pulled around by two little pods--one was pulling it left and the other was trying to pull it right.
The bristleworm came over and grabbed onto the mysis shrimp.... at this point I figured it would drag it back to its hole and finish it there--NO!
The bristleworm actually ate the whole thing right there on the rock...swallowed it whole....one large mysis shrimp eaten whole by one skinny little worm..
I love my worms
