help! bulkhead needs tightening

i change my bulkhead to dual threaded due of previous leak
my tank have a very limited space underneath
i use the following:
large channel lock plier
rubber gripper from lowes
even adjustable clamps but unable to have good grip.
i was thinking of getting a long oil change vise grip but i can't find one. thank you

Home depot or lowes dhould sell a faucet wrench not sure on cost prob in the 20 dollar ranges its an odd tool used to tighten faucet nuts from under the counter they are usually 12" long but otherwise small and fit into tight spaces. Ill look for a link to sned you

i just destroy another bulkhead nut and used a spacer for the new one so i can hand tighten it.
