Help! Can you identify these?

I am having a hard time identifying these critters. Any ideas? They swim like Jelly fish, but attach to the sand and glass.

sry need a better picture. if you can't, do a search for hydroid jellyfish

my first thought was iriconji <spelling? but i guess u got ur answer..if it was iriconji id say watch out..their hecka poisonous..theyre only fingernail size but they pack a wallop of deadly venom..
