help carpet anemone!!

i have a haddoni carpet and i have had it for a few weeks now and it has eaten but today it looks like his mouth/stomach is turned inside out does this mean he is dieing?? what should i do??

Yea thats not a good sign. Your anenome is very stressed and is showing signs of failing. Keep a close eye on it and if you notice any thing else other than improvment you are prob going to lose it. If it does die you will need to remove it quickly as they can turn toxic very very fast. Good luck.

what are signs of it being dead? bleached? small disk? what signs mean its time to take it out?

Signs include.. expelling whitish mucus or brown, intestine looking material oozing out.. general deterioration of its structure.. and a HORRID SMELL.. if there is a doubt pick it up and smell it.. once it comes out of the water it will be obvious if its dying or dead. Good luck.
