help catching a fish

what is easiest way to catch a yellow watchman or a blenny.. i have both of them in my tank and they do not get along with eachother???

i have a yellow watchman which likes to stay under an empty shell i put in and when i get near it with the tongs it runs in the shell. this might work for you just make sure to put two shells in for both like to have hidden places. they might go to there own corner and stop fighting. if not scoop the shell up in net and remove

you could put a bottle in there with some shrimp and when its in there take it out imeddiatly and do something with it :happyfish
