HELP coral dying

HElpP i think that my toadstool coral might be ding hsnt opened in about 4 days and i think that it might be dying help anysuggestions are welcome.

if it is sheding a surface layer of dead wazy tissue is getting rid of algae and waster. if it is sheding there is notting wrong with it, it will reexpand after the sheding. stronger curents in the aquarium will help limit the frequency of this process. why do you think is dying

I know about the shedding i have another green leather coral but i think that it might be dead because a little algea is growing on it and it hasnt opened up in about 4 days but it does open up more during light and closes more dark so i think that it might juts be goin through a process but i wanna know cuz it could polute my tank.

Mine has had algae grow on it if itdidn't open up due to being pissed at me (for moving it around or such). I just made sure a good current was on it and yes then I put my scarlet reef hermit on top a then he eats the algae and the next day my leather is opened up again!

I'v had one die and one go through a crazy spert. Sounds more like a crazy spirt than death to me.
I would smell it though, thats how I knew mine was dying.
