help determin how much light needed

my tank is 55 gallon 36"x 12 1/2"x22" I cant find any info to help me determin how much light I need. My tank is a little deeper than most and I want to ensure there is enough light reaching the bottom. If anyone can help THANKS in advance.

u can go with either t5 6x39w or mh 2-150w assuming i want to keep corals and inverts.

You don't need any light in the tank if you're not keeping anything.
What are you hoping to keep? Your livestock/corals you want really dictate the type of lighting requirements you'll need. Need more info -- sorry for the sarcasm
