Help ... Does anyone know what this is???

History... saw the PPE's ... salinity was too high!! I also moved them lower in the tank. Could either of these thing have cause this?? I've never seen this before.

Sorry .. it was a long day. The question I should have asked was, did anyone think that these PPE's & other's looked that way because of the high salinity .... I now know that it's a bacteria.
Most of them are in a QT tank now, and there has been some improvement already.
