help Dying Pagoda!! :(

As the title says my pagoda cup is dying.it had a case of BJD a while back and that left an area of the skeleton exposed. for the past two weeks it seems as though the spot is growing. if i use bone shearers to cut off the dead section will it be ok. ?

i did a 15 min lougals dip.that is probubly not spelled right. it am now gonna wait and see it there is a change. then if not i may have to do some trimming.hopefully not.

if it is spreading, cut off the dead part. doing a dip wouldnt hurt either as stated above.
