HELP!! Emergency -- Lemonpeel Angel Can't Breathe!

My lemonpeel looked a little dull about half an hour and kept going up to the surface and gasping. Then, she fell to the bottom of the tank and was breathing heavily and now...I'm honestly not sure she's alive anymore...I really don't understand what happened? If she is still alive, is there anything I can do to help her? I feel completely helpless right now...

I just noticed your post....did the fish make it? Did you cycle the tank before you put fish in it?.... If ever you have a problem and don't know what to do in a situation like this one, do a water change. Your fish sounds like it was suffering from an ammonia spike, which usually means the tank wasn't ready for a fish yet....how long was the tank up and running?

She didn't make it...I actually did a water change an hour or so before hand (Not much -- maybe 10%). I checked all my levels and they're perfect

I cycled the tank and it's been housing fish and inverts for 3 weeks without any problems. And everyone else in the tank except my angel looks happy and healthy! I have no idea what happened...

Can you give us the numbers of the test results? Also some tank info...equipment, tank size, how much live rock, sand, and what other tank mates....
