Help Finding Thread

Some one posted a great thread about what you wish you had know when you started your first saltwater tank. I've tried searching the forums, but didn't find any matches. If you have the link, please post it.

I remember that thread. I think it was even stickied about a year ago. I had a thread called "what do you wish you never added to your tank" which turned out be pretty similar.
