I have a 55 gallons aquarium I do not have LR nor live sand I started the cycle with 2 dominos one survive. During the time i added (3 clowns, 2 shrimps, 2 scalops, 4 fether dusters a arrow crab 3 Anemones) they were fine for more than a month. 2 weeks ago I bought a yellow tang and a anemone cluster the next morning the tan was dead, the nex day the domino the next day the 2 clowns finally the last clown. all parameters were fine (amonia nitrite nitrato 0). today I saw that i have small lice like creatures in the botom of the tank dont know if tha has somthing to do (remember no fish survive, I have had the tank witheout fish for 1 week and wenn all the fish were dying al parameters were fine) What could have killed all the fish one by one in a week................ all invetrs are ok

Can you describe the fish behavior prior to death? Eating? Swimming? How were they breathing? Notice any thing wrong with body color or any signs of parasites?
I can say one thing, you put too many creatures in too fast for a new tank. But giving more info may help to pinpoint the problem.

how are your anemones doing? when anemones die, they release toxic chemicals that can wipe out your tank.

not entirely true about that anemone statement...anemones sometimes take weeks to die efore you really notice or sometimes they shcrivel up regularly to release waste...we have had very large purple foot anemone die off & not noticed it in our 35 for over a week...everything else was fine...just depends on your tank...
what is the slainity of your tank and what temp do you have it at? could someone else have had done something to the tank...were any cleaning chemicals/pestisides used in the area of the tank

sounds like you never let the tank fully cycle in and i agree with other person too many additions to fast. even though your readings came out ok the spikes in the cycle killed them and then went back down
