HELP Grouper Ate Wrasse (yellow head)

Hello all. just got a new tank mate(yellow head wrasse about 4") today and introduced into tank about 3hrs ago. just got home a lil while ago and no sign of the wasse.. but the grouper is moving around a lil slower. . got a good deal on him ..
Do you all think that the grouper 4" could have got him or is he just hiding under the crushed coral...??

The grouper could very well have eaten your new fish.
Mine has eaten fish that are almost as big as him.
Check his belly,does it look full????
As long as this fish is in the tank,you will need to be very carefull when adding fish.Anything that could possibly fit into his mouth,,,WILL.
