HELP: Hair Algae

Ive got hair algae growing on my glass its just like little green specs what is the best way to get it off the glass btw it is hard too but you can scratch it off it just takes forever.

i have the same thing. I don't think its hair algae if its hard but i have to use a razorblade to get it off
