Help Help Fish Dying!!!!!!!

I lost a lion the other day, he melted. fins desolved then died went from couldy eye to dead in 24 hours.
NOw 3 days later puffer is doing the same thing.
whats wrong with my tank.
BTW the chain eel is totallly fine and i want to save him if he gets sick.

Do a search on Brooklynella disease. I don't know if all fish besides Clowns can get it.

1. State the problem as you see it and provide details.
FIsh dying
2. List symptoms...white spots, not eating, labored breathing
Cloudy eye, skin melting not moving one side fin.
3. How long the fish has been exhibiting these symptoms.
1 day
4. What is in the tank; other fish, live rock, corals, inverts.
Chain eel, Lion died 3 days before form same thing
5. State the tank size, and how long the tank has been up and running.
55, 1 week, was an upgrade from a smaller tank
other tank running for 5 months
5. Diet; what are you feeding the fish, and do you use any supplements like selcon, zoe, zoecon or garlic.
Krill, shrimp, silversides brine
6. How long have you had the particular fish and have there
been any new additions.
4 months. No new addtions after him
7. Was the fish quarantined prior to placing it in your main tank, and do you have a quarantine tank that you can use? EVERYONE SHOULD!!!)
yes held at pet store that i work at for one month
8. Have you tried any treatments thus far before posting here. And, if so, describe what you have done.

9. Water parameters!!! ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, temperature and salinity. These are very important to know. Please don't say "my water quality is good". Give real numbers. It could be the key to solving the problem.

it was an upgrade from a 30 gal so about 35 gals was from that
then the rest of the water was fresh ro/di water about 30gal there.
All live rock was from other tanks all cured, substrate was 2 bags live sand one bag agraonite sand
