Help here anemone

hey i just ordered two anemone, one carpet and one condi, they said that the acclimation should be temperature. "Acclimation Time: Temperature Acclimate" what does this mean?

Float the bags with the anemones in your tank for 15-30 minutes so the temperatures of the anemones' water is the same as the tank's. Then you can put the anemone into your tank, or you may decide to drip acclimate them. The drip acclimation process is on the margin to the left. You don't have to drip acc. them but I do it just to be on the safe side.
