Can anyone help? Each little red spot is only an 1/8th inch or so in diameter. I didn't notice it 2 days ago, but when I got home today it was everywhere.

Looks like a type of Flatworm called Convotriloba. They are quite invasive and very difficult to eradicate.

I would go slice the tires of the person that gave them to you.

Well thanks for the bad news. I watched them on my camera, zoomed way in. Kind of creepy little things. Do you know of anyway to remove them? I imagine a siphon should help. Does anything eat them?

Sixline Wrass' or Mandarin Dragonets will sometimes eat them. No guarantee though. There is a pretty Nudibranch that eats them but it will starve to death once they become sparse and they often just repopulate.

There are a couple products that will kill them but it's risky, especially if you have a sand bed. Flatworm Exit for example.
