Help I have algae grass

Novice at this I have a 125 Gallon tank (2 Months old) with live Rock and various fish. The fish are doing great but .. I have all this green/brown grass flowing all ove my rocks and it seems to be getting worse. Also have the same algae on the backs of the snails. Understand algae on the glass this seems to come off pretty easy when I clean the glass. Also have a BTA that seems tempermental the clown fish seems to want to nothing with it. Any advice would be very heplful.

Sounds like too much nutrient in the tank.
What do you have for filtration?
How much rock?
How many and what kind of fish?
What is your feeding schedule?

7 fish.. humu tangs clown butterfly
100lbs of live rock
Fluval FX5/w recommended filters
feed once a day

How often are you cleaning the filters in the canister? What are your nitrate and phosphate readings?
