My sailfin does have what looks like ich. He has about 2 or 3 white spots on his dorsal fin. He is stressed due to some ammonia in the tank. The ammonia is better, but this morning I noticed my temp is down to 70ish from 74 last night. Can someone please tell me what I can do to save my sailfin, if it isn't too late. He's keeping his belly on the bottom of the tank, and not eating. all other water parameters look good, well, nitrates are at 10, specific gravity is 1.023. Thanks so much

The going treatment for ich is hyposalinity, but you can't use that with the inverts or lr you have in your tank. If you have the resources, you should set up a hospital tank (quarantine tank) to do the hypo in. You can do a search for "hypo" or "qt tank" that will tell you how to do this. It pretty much involves getting a smaller tank (~20 gallons, depending on the fish) with simple filtration and lighting, no substrate, and some very simple landscaping (pvc pipe, etc for the fish to hide in). You will need to watch the water levels well since your tank will be new and you probably won't have time to let it cycle. As far as the hypo treatment goes, do a search and you will get all the info you need as to how to go about it. I would attach some threads, but I am computer illiterate and I don't know how to do it.

Your best course of action is a QT tank with hypo and a tad bit warmer temp.
