help ick

I have a 55 gallon tank with live rock some snails some grabs one damsel and a seek yellow tang he was coverd with ick this morning but i fed him some garlic soaked food and he seems to be doing better. Still have some on him
all water reading are at 0
PH 8.2 Salt 2.3
and the damsel is good
i dopnt know what to do
can some one help

You will need to treat your fish. Do a search on hyposalinity under my name, and you should find the procedure, as well as a lot of other info.

do i need to treet the damsel too???
i started the hypo i used water from my display tank to set up a QT do you think it will need to cycel or ..... ???

where can i get a cheap or affordable hydrometer or refractometer.
i have one of those cheep plastic ones
