Help! ID these please!

pic #1) came with some LR lol. Eats EVERYTHING i put in the tank plus worms from the sand. (does not sift the sand though). I cant find this guy anywhere!

pic #2) These guys just recently started showing up.. and everywhere!! i have about 30 of them now atleast. They stay on the LR and i mean they STAY ON it like cemented to it, yet they can move pritty fast. I picked one off (AND IT WAS HARD!) and put it on the glass.. 3 minutes later it was half way across the sand bed and on its way back to the rocks! 1/4th of an inch too btw
