I thought this might be aptasia, but google search shows me that aptasia looks different. This thing hides in dark places, and I've found it under a couple rocks. Ew! What is it, and should I be worried? Also, I am seeing these spider-sac looking things attached to some of the rocks. Are these little sponges? Or snail egg pouches or something? I recently started feeding coral vitamins weekly and since then my coraline algae and corals have responded well, but apparently some other things are liking it too....
On a different rock, I also spotted tiny tentacles, look like feeder arms of coral, or baby aptasias maybe. Today those weren't there though. They were on a piece of rubble that I glued a poisonous coral polyp to. I was hoping the polyp would kill them. Maybe it did.
What are the white spots all over the rock? Little barnacles maybe? Maybe the barnacles were responsible for the feeding arms..?
You can see one spider sac thing to the right of the anenome type thing. I don't have pics of the microscopic "feeding arms".
