Help Identifying Bug In crushed Coral

I am currently trying to quicly cycle my 10 gall on qt so i can start hyposalinity on my clowns. I thought i would move some of my cc to the qt to help boost the cycle. i added about 3/4 cup. when i added the cc to the new tank i noticed a long bug about 1-1.5 cm that was brown and resembled a centipede crawl out from the cc. anyone know wha it is? is it good or bad?

Kind of sounds like a bristle worm although the ones I've seen are more of a redish brown color.

Probably a Bristle worm. THey really don't harm anything so I wouldn't make it a concern.
