Help I'm Moving My Tank

I'm moving to a new house and I was woundering what steps i need to take to prep my tank for the move and also exactly what the best way to move it is without trowing everything out of wack.
I have:
1> nano tank 20gal 7 mounths old
inhabitants: domino damsel, cleaner shrimp, 10 hermits
1> 45gal tank 4 mounths old
inhabitants: 25 hermits, 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 clarki clown

should I bag the fish and keep the water in containers?
can I remove everything

you will be able to do this. people do it all the time. there are a few post on here about people that have done it. do a search for them. good luck.
