Help!!!! Is It Dieing???

i woke up this morning and my anem is all shriveled up and you can see the base...my amonia is .25 going to get water know for a water change is it to late???? is it dead or can i still save him.....plllllsssss help

No they do this from time to time. They'll shrivel up then reinflate themselves, totally normal. They could stay deflated for quiet awhile. I think amoung other things, it's how they dispose of waste. When they start to "melt" is an indication of dying.
