Help it grow?

Is there anything I can do to help increase the growth of coraline algea on my rock? My FOWLR tank just completed cycling a month or so ago and the algea has started to appear on the rock along with a couple of (what appear to be) sponges.
I currently am using a single 10k light, (with blue light on a couple of hours a day) on my 90 gal. My water levels are pretty good: 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, minimal nitrates, and pH of 8.2. Anything I can do to help speed up the growth of the algea?

good circualtion adn high calcium, you need a minimum of 350(for good coraline) but i would have 400 to 450(which is reccomended for any corals too), but i would not go over 500

Check your alkalinity. If it is very low the coraline algea will not grow. I used the Kent Marine Tech-CB (you need both A + B bottles) to get the alkalinity up and the calcium up. Then you will begin to see coraline growth. If you may go with corals later you will also need stonium and iodine. Good luck.
