I'm switching from a fish-only aquarium to a reef setup. I want to keep anenomes(srry spelling) and some of the beginner corals? What is the cheapest lighting for these.(I might want to try harder corals later on.

anenomes are not 4 begiers but i would say go with t-5 lighting i just got them and i love them

One could argue that there is no such thing as cheap lighting for a reef tank, especially when hard corals are involved.
Also, anemones are not for people to try at first. They really should be in a reef tank that has been established for at least 6 months or more.
However, we want to help you nonetheless, so we need to at least know what size tank you have before we go any further.
