Help. Lights Wont Turn On

I was vacuuming my room and I blew a circuit. Flipped it back on and everything on my tank started working again except my lights. They are 250w MHs. Do they need a "cool down" period? I have them unplugged now.

Yes, the bulb will not be refired until it has had ample time to cool down. 10 minutes usaully will do.

they wont fire right back up again.
i dont know why. i had a mh that was like that.

I bought a used setup alittle while back and not knowing threw away the bulb that came with it because it didn't fire right back up after being lit
