help lion fish has silver side stuck in mouth

It must be to big for him now its stuck in his mouth I can see the head of the silver in his stomach...I've been trying to get this fish to eat for a week now I picked a packaged of silver side and BAM he went right for it will it hurt him hes only a pup about 3"

Don't worry, he'll be ok. They sometimes bite off more than they can chew (no pun intended). He will digest the silverside. Congrats on getting him eating.

No dont tell me that he actually got it all down you can see his stomach all full so hopefully he'll be fine...in the future I plan on cutting them in half...I wish he would just eat the damn frozen foods...
