Help, Little critters on LR???

I decided to try and clean some algea stuff off my live rock and noticed all these little things crawling on it. They looked like tiny centipedes and lots of them. There were also snails, without the shells under the rocks. Is it normal to have all these critters on/in your rock? There was also a very large looking centipede thing on one of the rocks that was at least 20x the size of the others, it was scary looking. What would these things be???

Those are Pods and very good for your system.. Leave them alone Wait till you see how big they get! At night shine a flashlight in your tank about 2 hours after your lights go out..
