HELP Long Tentacle Anenome in trouble

I woke up this morning to find my brand new anemone had walked into the powerhead, getting a good portion of it sucked into it. It was REALLY BAD and I had no way of getting it out without hurting it. Will it survive??? What can I do to make sure it recovers??
I have a 36 gallon tank that has been running for about 6 months. I have a rose anemone as well that is doing great. Each anemone has a clown hosting it, so will the clown help in its recovery???

Never try to remove an anemone from a power head, they can get themselfs out usually with no problem. Just turn it off and leave it.
However, I would run some fresh carbon and do about a 20% water change. Try to get all the parts that may have come off of the anemone out of the tank.
Post a pic if possible.
